Timely Care, In-person or Virtual

If your primary care provider is unavailable for an immediate appointment, CareMEDICA offers flexible options to ensure you receive timely care. Patients may be seen by another trusted provider within their CareMEDICA office or through our expanded virtual health team.

Our advanced practice providers offer same-day sick visits and annual wellness appointments through secure telehealth services, allowing patients to receive high-quality medical care from the comfort of home when in-person visits are not necessary. All providers work collaboratively and maintain close communication to ensure continuity, safety, and seamless care across both in-office and virtual visits.

Pre-visit check-in with Healow

To streamline your visit and reduce time spent on paperwork, CareMEDICA offers Healow Check-In.

The day before your appointment, you will receive a secure text message with a Healow Check-In link. Through this process, you can confirm your appointment, review and update demographic and insurance information, sign consent forms, complete questionnaires, and update your medical history—before arriving at the office.

Using the Healow app, patients can:

• Check in for appointments in advance
• Access medical records, medications, and lab results
• Receive secure appointment reminders

Healow Pay also allows patients to submit copayments or outstanding balances prior to their visit for a smoother check-in experience.

On the day of your appointment, simply select “I have arrived” in the app to notify our team.

Concierge Medicine | CareMEDICA Elite

In response to growing demand for enhanced access and personalized care, CareMEDICA developed CareMEDICA Elite, our concierge medical membership program.

Elite members receive an elevated care experience that includes extended visits, priority scheduling, direct communication with their physician, and proactive health planning. Each member selects a dedicated primary physician and is supported by a concierge clinical assistant who manages appointment coordination, prescription requests, and ongoing medical needs.
